I could probably deduce that the S in cs is chocolate Silkie.. making the other S also Silkie and not color related.

M.. maybe mottled, or mixed. Could be mixed in color

Other colors I'm familiar with but don't start with M..

Black, blue, splash. Cuckoo. Paint. Buff. Partridge (+blue). Lavender. Gray (different than blue). White. Maybe red.

Other varieties I know of.. naked neck called show girl, Frizzle, and Satin (first gen cross not pure for Silkie).

I could never presume to know what's in somebody's head for labeling though. Did you get their #, email, or anything like that?

ETA: I haven't seen mottled Silkies thus far.

I wasn't sure mottled silkies existed I just learned partridge silkies existed the other day so I thought they must exist.

I didnt, they left before I could find them. The auctioneer was hard to understand; pronounced it differently each time, lol, but from what I heard, mottled may be what he was trying to say! Thank you, I'll look for a pic.

Haven't been able to make contact with the seller, so I still don't know what code written on eggs means, besides the chocolate ones....but they hatched last night and this morning, as soon as I put them into broader, I'll get some pics for you. And I'm planning on going to same sale next Sunday, so maybe more news after that!
