I highly recommend feeding only a layer type feed and zero of any thing else.
If this tiny bird eats anything besides the layer type feed then she will not be getting enough calcium which is needed to lay eggs.

I'm exaggerating just a tiny bit but diet Is that important.

Yep. I even crush up egg shell and add it in. I am just concerned this laying behavior is diffrent from my full size hens. And this is my first bantam silkie.
