Thank you all for the help. I do believe it probably is an air sac;it is on the right side of her lower neck/upper chest area. She is still a bit lethargic, and the air sac looks a little smaller today. We put her back with the rest of the flock yesterday. We are continuing to watch her closely. I might try puncturing the air sac tonight, especially if it doesn't look like it is continuing to get smaller. Thank you all for your help. I will update if there are any other changes

I would not puncture the air sac at this point in the game. It sounds as if things are resolving on their own.

I agree. I would not puncture it either.

X3 on NOT to puncture the air sac. It only is done in an emergency when the chicken is gasping and dying, or if it is suddenly getting larger.
