Indio Gigantes are pretty much an enhanced version of the Malay, & can get upto 4' tall.

They're very leggy too. Here's my biggest soon to be 9 week old Malay cockerel.

He's bigger then his buddies. The breeder I got him from also has Indio Gigantes, & a breeding trio with Indio Gigante rooster with Malay hens. With as big as this chick is, I'm thinking the breeder might have accidentally gave me a Indio Gigante egg along with my order. I'm fine with that.

Light weights, he didn't say exactly how much they weigh, but I'm guessing 8½ - 9lbs. Less then a Malay.

For a bird that height though thats not bad you're stretching its body mass quite a bit

What do you mean by stretching?

That bird would have a much lower BMI because the areas it holds its weight are elongated genetically. They are bred to be tall and thin. I mean minimum height for an Indio Gigante is like 42"
