I have a terrific Silkie hen who is a little more than 11 months old. She had not started laying until about a month ago when she laid 3 eggs over a 6 day period, 1 every other day. And that's it! She laid those 3 eggs and hasn't produced anything since. Any idea what might cause her to start laying and then stop???
