Silkie not laying, bad smell, stands upright

could it be sour crop and the stink is coming from her mouth?

Her butt and poop look fine to me.

I take it you haven't found a hidden supperating wound anywhere on her.

The stink comes from her bottom for sure.
I looked her over and can't find any wounds. Just dunno what this awful smell could be!.. And must be something to do with not laying -unless that's another problem on top of this one!

Sounds like she may have infection or possibly a reproductive disorder since she's not really ever laid eggs.
Does she have any bloat/fluid or swelling of the abdomen below the vent between her legs?

I know it may be hard, but can you describe the odor? Ammonia, Urine (like old people), Infection (something rotten)....
I did noticed a strong "Urine" type smell from one hen that I had, she had reproductive problems. When I necropsied her she had Peritonitis and looked like some cancer of the ovaries. I'm assuming that her kidneys were not functioning well either.

I tried to take a close up pic of her vent. Sorry bit blurry. Some crusty dry bits there.. poo? Do you know what that is?... She stinks really bad like she just did a 'pop off', sometimes a sudden smell of it worse then other times... Rotten smell? So possibly infection then? ... I couldn't notice any swelling between her legs.

How about her legs? Are they clean or caked with poop?
Looks like pretty much normal skin to me. Fluff is really not that soiled either.

Legs clean. Yes not really any poop on her feathers. ..smell must be from something internal? I have been giving tiny sprinkle garlic on feed every few weeks and also few drops of Apple cider vinegar in water once a month. ..Should I try Cayenne pepper? Or some sort of medicine would help? I hope she's not in pain 😩
