Silkie not laying - When is she supposed to?

I've had my silkie since april; a long-ish time. But she still isn't laying! I'm scared something is wrong, or that an egg is stuck in her vent. Help? When is she supposed to start laying?

Just going to add, I think she might lay soon, because she stays in the nesting box, but she isn't laying down. I put a fake egg in and she just ignores it! Is something wrong with her?
