silkie or not

The lighter colored one doesn't have black skin, either a mixed silkie or hatchery grade. Really at this early age, I don't think the black one is pure silkie either. I can't recall ever seeing a silkie chick with a white spot on the head.

Well the white one didn't live but a CPL days, the black one I think is pure, I will load new pic tomorrow it's dark and putting down rain now, but I will definitely add new pics tomorrow

My friend I thank they are confusing the new hydred bird's blacks and the the silky togather. They was told that a silky is the one that has the black skin and bonds
