It must have started last night because i didn't see anything while she was out yesterday. Just came out this morning to small puddles all over the garage floor and in her nest/sleep box. Please help,

Eek. Blood is very bad  my birds died within 24 hours of seeing that.

You need Corid, ASAP.
Give her .5mL of Corid undiluted straight into her mouth.
Put her on medicated water with 2tsp of Corid per 1 gal of water.

How old is she? The most common cause of blood in droppings is coccidiosis. But swallowing bits of glass or screws can cut into digestive tissue and cause bleeding. How does she look? I would go get some Corid (amprollium) if you are in the US, and start it to treat your flock for possible coccidiosis. Dosage is 1.5 tsp of Corid powder per gallon of water for 5-7 days. If using Corid liquid, the dosage is 10 ml or 2 tsp per gallon.

She's 5 months old, and otherwise she was acting completely normal when i put her out. I will have to see if i can pick some Corid up today

I would start treatment right away for coccidiosis. In addition to the dose info given above, give some orally.
If you get the liquid give .1ml per pound of body weight once a day for 1-3 days.
If you get the powder mix 1/2 tsp with 2 tsp water and give .34ml per pound of body weight for 1-3 days.
Edit: the oral dose is in addition to the medicated water for 5-7 days.

I just picked up the corid oral liquid solution, 9.6%. I'm going to give it to all of my chickens. Will it hurt the ones that may not have the cocci?

Yes, treat them all, they have all been exposed. The Corid will not harm them either way.
Make sure you use the 2 tsp per gallon of water, and make fresh daily. Any that look 'off' or are having bloody droppings, give the additional oral dose that I gave you above in addition to the medicated water.
