He's been creepin' for days but finally got the opportunity to mount. He must've really enjoyed the backwards mount...he stayed there and "practiced" for at least 2 minutes. I can't stop laughing. Like a really bad porn movie.

My late great brahma rooster was like that, so it's not just silkie roos that are clueless. We used to sit outside and holler advice to him... No Thor! The other end! He was bad about mounting them from the side.
