Silkie sex?

Hi everyone, I recently got my first chicken and it has been really exciting and fun to have a new pet around. But unfortunately, I think that my Matilda is a actually a boy. After searching how to sex a silkie I have also realized that she must be a cross as she she does not have the black skin. Anyway, I'm really really hoping that she might still be a she. Please could I get some input?
I will really be heart broken if she is a roo as I cannot keep a rooster on my property

Yay, I'm so happy! I have had doubts about her age when I look at pictures of other 6 months old silkies but perhaps the difference is due to her mixed breeding. Regardless of her quality, she is a little diva with so much personality
