Silkie sexing-- basically 5 months old.

So I have this silkie and I don't know if it's a rooster or not but it's basically 5 months old and am hoping I have a female.

Looks a roo to me esp with that walnut comb sorry but not an expert lets see what the rest say ....so guessing no egg laying or crowing so far ? Lol xx

Looks like a boy to me. Are you sure this one is five months old? It looks younger.
Second thought I expect the comb to be bigger with a boy and there are no streamers so I will check with the others, too.

Hatched early May. Next week will be 5 months.

I was thinking looks younger then 5 months also im leaning to boy but as u said comb not very big and no streamers

Most likely a girl then and I would expect it would have crowed by now if it was male and expect a bigger comb and streamers.

I don't see streamers and if it hasn't crowed yet than I would vote girl.
