Here are more pics of my buff hope we get a better idea. These were taken last night so maybe a day or two shy of 13 weeks. This bird get his/her crest feathers wet sorry if that makes it more difficult.

Its always so hard to guess sex but I am going to take a stab at saying pullet just by the look of the tail but it could be lower cuz the little guy is balancing on your hand. I have found that pullet tails are held lower than a roos.

My two lavender silkies are about 5 to 6 months old. I wondering if they are cockerels or pullets? They are very bonded together and never stray from each other. Thanks!

Silkie 2 - I'm thinking cockerel because of comb

Those are amazing beards! #1 is definately a pullet. #2 is a bit harder. Big comb but no wattles. Not sure.

With bearded silkies I thought that they may not have big wattles even if they are male. It would be nice to have a pair or two pullets. Interested to see what others thoughts are!

I have a couple chicks with big beards but they are only 10 weeks old so I am still not sure what they are. So I am interested in what your birds are also. I think one is a roo for sure. Based on how he carrys himself.

So I looked more closely and they have small wattles. The only difference between the two is number two has the smaller comb.
