I got a new silkie! I picked the smallest of the bunch with the hopes of a female! Age is 5-6 weeks old.

They're too young to tell, but they look more like 2 weeks old...

I was told this was a pullet? Km not so sure. What do u think? & have u ever heard that a pullets comb gets larger once they start laying?

^ How old is it? Its non bearded, and NB hens do tend to have large combs and wattles. A full body pic would help.

It 4-5 months old. Born in oct.2015. I try to get a full body shot tomorrow for you.

I was hoping someone may have an idea as to what color and maybe what sex my 4-5 week old Silkie is.. The lady I got my Silkie from had several of all ages so I'm just guessing on the age. Maybe older? Thank you!!

I would say partridge about the color but age and gender more shots may help but in thinking too early to sex.
