hello all! I have new pics of my 4 silkie chicks...hatched out by my silkie couple! I'm going to make one post per chick so as to avoid confusion.. These chicks are 7 weeks + 2 days old. First up is Sammie; Samuel if cockerel, Samantha if pullet. Thanks in advance. So is Sammie a Samuel or a Samantha?

I'm not an expert but his comb is looking big for 7 weeks. Is it turning red? For comparison to, With my boy silkies they also seem to develop their mop later than the girls poofballs (though this isn't a guarantee on sex identification).
