I do believe I left off (during my computer;s melt down)that we were discussing things. I had posyed pics of 4 diffrent chick...one set of pibbbcs for each post.
Issue happened when I tried to comment and if I backspaced it went back to a louding format, etc...there were so many ties...I want to se what happenes if I find the posts and ca access them productively. I SOOOO hope I'm there?

That said, I am still yeye5 who has posted silkie chicks pic for gender i.d.
an anyone who has seen my pics plz comment is possible on their opinion? I would appreciate it beyond words!

hello all! I have new pics of my 4 silkie chicks...hatched out by my silkie couple! I'm going to make one post per chick so as to avoid confusion.. These chicks are 7 weeks + 2 days old. First up is Sammie; Samuel if cockerel, Samantha if pullet. Thanks in advance. So is Sammie a Samuel or a Samantha?

Right now I think this is the only 1 that looks like an obvious cockerel. That could of course change and it's really just a guess at their age.

And, in all this...what genders are my beautiful little silkie peeps?
They are 7 weeks plus 3 days old (and btw they are the cutest awesomest little people I've ever met...)
My curiosity based upon the pics that I hope have shown up clearly is...who's a boy and who's a girl--just from among my silkie peeps? I do have 4 other peeps who are 8 weeks plus 1-2 days that are of stadarn sizes who I hav decent "guesstimate" about--genders.
If anyone feels that ready or willing to help with those I'm also willing--in a separate post, for clarity sake.

To be sure--has everyone seen the 4 posts I made recently that had pics for each chick believe so.
So I welcome input from anyone who's willing

At five weeks, you can't really tell :/ My guess, however, would be a pullet

Yes I made 4 posts, each post for one single chick (several pics each, hoping to show different angles). It is approx 3 pages back. I'll be happy to find it and follow up with the exact page #.
These are my 1st silkie chicks hatched from my silkie couple. I'm in love with them!
