I have a white silkie and the breeder told me it was female but after reading lots on them some people say you can't tell until 17weeks. This one is 10 weeks old (we think).








I also have some babies i think they are now 4 weeks old and are a silkie cross pekin, but could be wrong on the breed? But you might be able to help me with age and breed?

It's still a bit early to tell for sure, but I think this one is going to crow.

I know it most likely is too early but the wattles kinda took me by surprise and its crest...my porcelain that I thought was a cockral because its attitude and its rapid growth of size and feathers doesnt even have signs of wattles

No, both males and females can have vaulted skulls.

These are my silky babies... They are approx. 8 weeks old in these pics...There are 10 of them and im hoping more girls than boys..
