This partridge silkie is 10 weeks old. I know it’s not ideal to sex silkies so early but is this looking like streamers from the crest?

Too early for streamers-- they won't show until at least 12 weeks of age, probably later.

Agree, streamers will also be a bit coarser then the rest of the soft fluff in the crest. Your little is just still growing in it's crest.

Good to know! My other (white) silkie, same age, has more of a cotton ball on its head lol so I wanted to ask. Thanks!
