Silkie still not laying and rooster doesn't know how to mount hens

Rooster never have a problem of figuring out what to do!
Ok I'll probably still keep them ill just have to put in a barrier between the two coops so that they can't see each other. The two roosters kept in separate two coops the only thing is that they share a wall that is made of chicken wire. I'll put a board there so that the silkie hen can't see my rooster. I think you're right because whenever I let them out, the hen seems to always be close to the coop and doesn't want to leave my old rooster. Also, whenever the silkie are in the garden and my other hens (and rooster) are out in the yard she always try to escape the garden to be with the other ones.

Also he doesn't do the little dance thing the roosters do when they're about to mate with a hen. Could that be the reason that he just chases her around and she runs away.
Chris where are you located? I am currently in search of silkie hens to add to my flock so if you are close to Georgia and do decide to get rid of her....I would love to purchase her from you to add to my fluffy-butt family.
