OK Silkieluver.....when are you going to have some porcelains to share? I am going to sit right here at my computer and hold my breath!

They are just beautiful, and I would like eggs or stock when you have some available.

Hannah....I'd keep an eye on that first ones wings. Lil droopy compared to the rest. All those others look fine though. Just under other pics, the black pullet doesn't have feathering to mid-toe but otherwise nice. I like that dark blue pullet under your pics too. I think your going to have a good start on the blacks...nice short backs, good crest size, no hard feathering in cushion, etc. Buff are an absolute challenge to perfect. Just remember to stick to body type and good skin color. Some smut you can put up with on breeder birds at first if all else is correct.

I would get rid of the black pullet without any feathers on the middle toe. Under the silkie standard it is considered a serious fault (you see it a lot in those lines with outcrosses to showgirls). I bought a bird that looked great except poor middle toe feather, and most of her chicks have been the same so I will be selling her.

Just my opinion, but something to consider. I see a couple nice black unfinished cockerels there!
