Silkie thread!

I'd like to share some pics I took today.

i was kinda the same way they just seemed like too much work then i got the showgirls and deside i like silkies too
 
I was wondering the same thing about that picture.I thought something was wrong with my eyes but then I realized it's the reflection off the water. But very beuatiful birds.When mine grow up they said they wanna be just like them.

ty i am not giving up on them at all they will live as long as they are meant to they will be in a pen with some of my other chickens and not be used in breeding just in case it is genetics i believe it is temp related at about 10 days old my newphew turned the temp down and i did not know and the mom was not watching him and it was down to 94 degrees for atleast 2 hrs then a week and a half ago the temp got to 102 i just hope no more turn out like that i am trying to get my breeding pens full. yesterday i saw that one of my 11 week old silkies had a cross beak not bad at all can not tell unless ytou know what you are looking for. these eggs came from a member on here and her silkies are SQ just comfused why i have 2 this time and one last time deformed

i have 2 uear old with cross beak her eggs taste good and she make great setter
