Is it hard, soft, squishy?? Does it have a 'head' or a scab or anything? How long has it been there? how fast did it get this size? Honestly I would try contacting state veterinarian they should be able to offer some assistance, maybe a training school that vet tech students could take a look at it for free for their studies. Its always worth a shot looking into.
