I took the Momma's and their kids out to the garden to play today. It was a beautiful 55 degrees and sunny at my house which is really unusual for New England this time of year. All I can say is they all had a blast playing in the garden getting dirty

I did feel bad for the men but, I could not risk having them mate with the wrong color if ya know what I mean

So I promised them tomorrow I would let them out to play in the garden separately but, only if they get along!

Update- well I have been treating with antibiotic eye drops from the vet but the little paint seems to be getting worse. Both her eyes are affected and her appetite is gone. I just dont know what the heck it is. I really dont think coryza because they do not have any odor or nasal discharge. I gave the little paint a shot of tylan tonight. She also sounds a little raspy with breathing but does not appear to be in resp distress. I am so upset:(

My boyfriend told me to pick out a new silkie for Valentine's Day... I've got to find a porcelain pullet now!
