I'm happy she is doing better! I pray she continues to recover.
 
Wow i just read almost every post!!!!!!! i have commented before but i didnt even read the post!! It only took me about 4 hours!!!!!! You guys have some beautiful silkies!!!!1 i just ordered some eggs and they should be here tomorrow!!!! i have a website thati will post pic of them and of the coop!!! right now all i have on the website is the sweater i made for them!!! here is my website just incase you would like to see pic! silkiefantasy.webs.com

It is a good sign that she is eating and drinking though. It sounds like you are taking great care of her.
 
Me too I would like to know what is wrong with her I have only had her a little over a month. She was fine the day before then the next day she is acting ill. I just hope its not something that will go around. I had just added her in with a roo and two other hens who I got the same day as her together. No one else is acting sick....She really likes scrambled eggs...LOL
 
Teresaann24 have you tried apple cidar vinegar in her water to help clean her out . If you think she is healing ok but needs a little boost put a good heaping spoon full of molasses in her water . If you really need it you can give her Duramycin-10 it's a antibiotic for poultry . I usally give natural remedies a try first unless I get that have too feeling . I'm glad she is still with you , I'll keep her in my prayers . ~~ Tammy
