Silkie thread!

I am having such a hard time with my Silkies. I have lost 6 out of 7. I life in Oklahoma and I make sure they're always warm at night, always have food and water, I've put ACV in their water, given them boiled eggs, yogurt, make sure they are able to get away from the light and I just keep losing them. Any suggestions? Also, If anyways on here is in Oklahoma or knows where I can order older chickens, that would be great!
Symptoms? Age? Temperature? Feed?

Here it is for those visual people out there :)
This is really neat.

Okay, but wouldn't the splash part depend on what color splash it is? I've heard of, seen, and own black splash as well as blue splash. Mind you, they're bantam cochins, but breed shouldn't matter. Genetics is genetics.

And also, can you make splash in other colors? Like if you breed it to red or buff?

Splash is splash is splash. They look very similar in all breeds:

Splash orp

Splash silkie

Splash Cochin

Splash Marans

There are some Splash that are darker than others, but they are all splash, and are genetically Blue. If you see the term Blue Splash, they are using it incorrectly from what I've gathered from Genetics gurus on here.

One of my adorable frizzled Cochin/Silkie mixes :love There are 2 chicks (Lola was only sitting on 3 eggs, the last was a dud), but the other one high tailed it back under momma before I could take a pic. They look more Silkie than Cochin. They have beards, black skin and extra toes and the 2 chicks look exactly the same. Mom is a black frizzled Cochin and dad is a smutty buff Silkie. I can't wait to see what they'll look like :celebrate
