Give her a bath in flea/tick shampoo, Leave it on for the amount of time in the directions (usually 10 minutes). Then rinse thoroughly and sausage roll her in a towel, then let her drip dry in a warm location, or use a heat lamp or hair dryer. That should kill all lice or mites on her body, and if you got one with an insect growth regulator, it will kill their eggs, and/or prevent them from maturing. I usually also apply ivermectin pour-on after a bath.
I'm so sorry to hear about MumsyUpdate on Mumsy, very sad day. The vet put her down today try as I might I couldn't get her leg straight enough to use and the vet did X-rays and also tried many attempts with different methods we just couldn't fix her. I will miss that little fluff ball.

Wash her head too, carefully. When you wash a bird for the first time be aware that they can go into "shock" and may put their head down. If you have any water in the bottom of the sink keep a close eye on her because she can drown. While you are waiting for the soap timing watch her - if she gets any water into her lungs it can cause health problems. After you rinse her off and let her dry you can give her some electrolytes in her water or something to help her recover.

How big is her crest or her muffs/beard? They will do that a lot because they get feathers in their eyes. Also check her ears for mites. Probably nothing to worry about. Shaking of the head doesn't mean wry neck.
Umm.. what is that egg doing out of the incubator?Once they have pipped humidity is EXTREMELY important to let them get out - taking them out for pictures isn't the best idea... we will wait until they have taken themselves out and dried off for any further pictures, thank you.
