Ok. Found this company in Miami. Feather testing costs about $20 bucks.

I'm going to give it a try. Not a bad price, especially when it's so difficult to sex young Silkies. Hope this helps.

ive rad hens can too have larger combs so im hoping so lol. how old is the youngest you can tell?

18'6" x 19' yard for up to 6 Silkies, Is that going to be enough room with a 49" t x 36" w x 42" L house ?


the front can be removed in good weather. the back is where we will put outside nesting box, the whole house will be raised 2' and 1 window on the east side and 1 on the west side. o and of course painted. everything was recycled. All suggestions welcome and please if you see a problem let me know.

o and the fence is small welded wire, 4' high with a 1x 6 across the top. the front view you can see the 1x 6.
