I use panacur goat wormer on my chickens. There are many discussions on this thread about wormers, but when it comes down to it , it's your choice. I don't think ivomectin treats tapeworm.
I dispose of the eggs completely. Won't even feed them to the dogs. @ Dawg53 is the undisputed guru on worms and this is a paper that he posted some time ago.

Yes, you are correct. Ivermectin does not treat Tapeworm. I just recently researched it more on poultrykeeper.com. Apparently wormers need to be rotated or certain parasites like Roundworms become immune to the treatment. Back to the vet for the rotational wormer. I love Ivermectin so much but will do whatever necessary to keep the flock healthy. Flubenvet is a feed wormer that treats Gapeworm and others but I believe it's only in the U.K.? Anyway back to the vet for input.
