Some not very good photos of my Silkies:
A photo of my only bearded Silkie.

Three pullets outside in their pen with some larger chickens watching from their pen.

Broody in nest - this is the one with a small comb that I thought from the beginning might be a male.

No, she is running away from having her picture taken. :) I have misplaced my regular camera and was using a tablet with a front facing camera only. I was amazed that I got any halfway decent photos as I could not see what the camera saw. I lucked out that she was mostly in focus and that both feet were off the ground.

Your Silkies are lovely! I have three, 7-week old non-bearded buffs (2 cockerels and 1 pullet) who have all suddenly decided that they're affectionate and just can't stand to not be in my lap. Up until recently they'd been fairly antisocial with me and I thought I may have made a mistake acquiring this breed, but now....I'm totally hooked on them, and thanks in part to your photos I'm thinking I need to have white ones. They look like walking cotton balls! LOL!

Photo shoot 9 weeks. No idea on gender, im guessing.

Im thinking the below is a pullet. Is this partridge coloring?

My fave! This is one of my smallest. She has the coolest color I have seen come out yet. Not sure on the color name but very pretty. Hoping her head puffiness grows.

pullet? Smaller silky.
.
Im thinking pullet. This one hates the camera but I snuck a few shots in.

Meet Peaches. She has to be a girl, i just love her.

Largest silkie, light buff blue with grey feathering on the ends of wings. Im pretty sure this is ROO!

This is another larger one. Im guessing Roo? Very pretty colors, has peachy colored wings and a light blueish tinge.

Oh, they are CUTE :love

I'm not real sure about genders, but I'm pretty confident the first bird is a partridge pullet. Males of that color don't show all that lovely penciling and tend to be more red/orange than buff.
The others may be porcelain, or blue/buff mixes.

They're all stinkin' adorable!
