Silkie thread!

I have some Silkies from a breeder's mixed color breeding pen and wondered what color this 10-week-old is? I think its a pullet. Thanks!

My guess is partridge.

I haven't been here for a while but news flash!! I went on vaca to the xgames and when I came back my little black silkie pepper was missing so i asked the people that were watching them and they said she was in the pen that night well she was but not alive she was dead under the straw and I have no idea how she died but she was the runt and I tried my best to take care of her but she was fun blue was sad but he has his other girlfriend salt ( a white silkie i got a few months ago)

What can cause a silkie to act like they can't walk on one leg n then in a few days they die I tired to save it I how have 2 more acting like that they get there pen moved often n it's all rooster all from different people

I'm not positive but I would suspect possibly Marecks disease, especially since more than one is exhibiting the same symptoms. There are several articles on here and the Internet in general. I'm Sorry for the loss of your bird.

I would agree with partridge, but it has a unique look

She is just 10-weeks-old so coloring may still change a little. I love her black "muff" on her head.

The dark morcap would definately indicate partridge . I would say blue partridge.
