Silkie thread!

Well, I found out they are not full. I thought they was when we got them, they didn't have any smooth feathering on them at all. But, after a week they have. As disappointed as I am (mainly because the lady lied to me), I am still keeping them, they are very pretty and they are big sweeties (I guess they got the silkie attitude). So, no harm they are very healthy and there are no behavior issues at all, so no harm no fowl. I don't like being lied to, but hey. I only paid 10$ for all three.

I thought they looked awfully smooth to be pure. They sure are pretty tho!

Well, thank you, they are in fact very beautiful chickens. Shame not full blood but oh well. Thanks for seeing that, I actually didn't even think anything of the smoothness. Big boo on me. Oh well I have my white who I don't think she is either she has a few flight feathers but not very many I can count them all on one hand. But all the chicks have the standard 5 toes, and stuff. Oh well I got me some gorgeous birds! :D

I'm having what I think is a serious problem I noticed one of my silky hens butt was really wet and dirty so I picked her up and took her in and wash her bottom and noticed that her vent is poking out a little I don't know what I should do anybody know
