Silkie thread!

Well if it means show quality it doesn't have to be bearded to be show quality and for the show quality rooster I would price them any where from 20 to 35 dollars per bird

If I posted pictures of some chicks- could you guys tell me if they are silkies or not? I got them from the "assorted bantam" tank at TSC and Orscheln's. I LOVE silkies and want to have several. I would really love to eventually breed show quality- but for now I'll start with pets.

I went ahead and included pictures of all the bantams I picked up. Maybe someone on here will be able to ID all of them.

#1- I have heard both polish and silkie.

#2 I don't think these two are silkies- but I really don't know.

#3 This one is more of a cream color

#4 This one is a white (obviously)

#5 I picked this one out hoping for a black silkie- I don't think it's even a silkie. Of course I don't know all the color possibilities either.

#6 I thought this one was a blue, maybe?

#7 This one- another white

#8 I don't think these are silkies either- but I thought I'd double check with you guys.

Ok well the top one looks like silkies number 2 isn't silkies number 3 I am not sure of number 4 is number 5 I'm not sure of number six that's definitely one I honk either grey or blue number 7 is one and number 8 the one in the front could be a splash but I don't think it really looks like a Silkie and the one is the back could u get a pic were its not behind the other one thanks

She/he seems to have a kind of "poofy" head lol 5 toes and feathered legs/feet
(I had to hold her still because she kept trying to fly/run away)
