Well then you have been lucky. Some people also feed grapes to their chickens and others have had birds choke from doing so. To say it doesn't , might be your reality but then do you necropsy all birds that die in your flock ?
Just like feeding cooked chicken bones to dogs, some people say they have done it for years without incident, doesn't mean it can't or won't happen.
There is no nutritional value in popcorn so I'd suggest you find a better treat for your birds.![]()
