Silkie thread!

I just wished they would grow faster, Been 2 weeks I've had mine & they are still Midgets.Am I stunting their growth? And is it true too about the silkies as with other breeds that cockerels that the cockerels are the first to grow their tails or am I wrong again? Alot of them are sprouting tail feathers fast.

Bathing silkies is pretty easy

One of my silkies , she's soaking wet Silkie, right after her bath.

I will probably just show the.pullet in the far back and some blues and blacks.

Lookie what I got found today! She was the first one to hatch for my Blue Silkie girl, she is still sitting on 8 eggs so hopefully over the next couple of days I will get more!

Quick ? I got my Silkies from Ideal and it says you have a possibility of getting Bearded and Non-bearded, all of mine were non-bearded. Is there a chance that they could have bearded chicks? Thanks Sandy

Beautiful! Did you get any bearded silkies?

Alot of them look as to have a beard,All fluffy under the chin.Don't know but I guess I'll find out as they get older.
