my 10 day old silkie... what color will it be?

I posted a clip of this pullet awhile back, wondering what this strange sneeze like noise she's making, really is?
In this video, you can hear more of her sneezing(?). I can't find anything wrong with her. She's in good weight, eyes/nostrils are clear. She eats well. Poop looks good. She runs around like the rest of the flock.
Could the crest be irritating her and making her sneeze? I don't even know if this is a sneeze! I just can't think of any other word to describe the noise. lol
Wish I could help you!
hi guys. I lost another silkie today. I lost one this fall. and then now this one. they were from the same batch, hatched in july from a local breeder. now I'm down to 2 roosters and 1 hen and 1 pullet. now what do I do?? and WHY am I losing them? what am I doing wrong? how can I figure out what is going wrong with them?
Messy butt should always be checked on. Diarrhea can be a sign of infection and possibly eggbound. They can get dehydrated fast.
Boy or girl? Sold to me as a pullet at about 5 months. I've had "her" a month now so she is between 6 and 7 months old and definitely at the top of the pecking order. I can't have roosters where I live so I am hoping my suspicions that she is a he are unfounded. HELP!

I think girl.
Opinions on this young pullet? I'm really pleased with her...but I'm wondering about the bits of white on her wings. Opinions?

She is really pretty and nice type too. If those are pure white feathers, I believe it is a DQ in buff.
the wings
Buff with lots of black (smutt) or a light partridge.

I got my first Silkies on 02/06/13. I have noticed that a couple of them are starting to grow what looks like combs at the top of their beaks and between their eyes. Is it to early to make the call and say that they are roos? From what i have read they typically need to be much older to tell.
How old are your Silkies? If they were hatched in February it would be too early to tell which gender they are. Sometimes you might be able to tell, but they change so much as they get older.

Thanks. I was just curious. My Bantam and Polish are beginning to reveal themselves. Still waiting on the turkeys and Silkies.

So, this is what the comb of my cockerel looks like. The horns turned out a little blurry. It was so difficult to take this picture. lol Ace didn't want to stay put..

Is it too bright in color??

Here's another picture. You can see the color of his wattles also.

I don't think the color is bad, but the horns are something you won't want to breed. They look pretty big in the first picture. Almost like Toulouse's horns

It's probably a little lighter than preferred but not a DQ as bright red would be. I have mulberries in my yard and they have shades of dark red to black.
