^ Yep, what they said. I just fill up the tub (or a large bucket if its warm out) and set them in it. I don't use any soap/shampoo. I also don't show though, I just gave her a bath BC she was a filthy mess

Giving them a bath is super easy, as stated before- they just sort of go into a trance and sit there. Just make sure they don't put their faces in. I use a damp washcloth for beard/face cleaning.

Don't worry - they will get the hang of it really quickly - and learn to stay OUT of the kicking momma's way! Wait until THEY are dust bathing - cutest thing EVER!

I am sad. We had our first hawk attack. Buddy seems to be ok because my hubby was able to break it up. Then it was weird in all the ruckus my hubby found some of my girls eggs out of the nest cold and broken. I don't know what happen !!! . The egg are suppose to start hatching any day now. I hope I have just a couple of babies. I was so excited and now just sad

Oh no, glad Buddies ok. You might try warming the eggs that weren't broke back up they might have held enough heat inside.

Glad he is okay, glad he did his job. LOL I have a black cocker spaniel that is named Buddy. He needs a trim so I showed my kids and hubby your Buddy and said-LOOK! IF OUR BUDDY WAS A CHICKEN THIS IS WHAT HE WOULD LOOK LIKE!-they all laughed and agreed!

The splash chick I have, is very very light, almost white colored, and she has a few blue spots on her back. have you ever seen a splash chick like this? It isnt like any of the ones I"ve seen on here or hatched out myself.

Poor buddy. You best check him over for injuries and clean any wounds ,cause they are very good at disguising illness. Pay particular attention to to under his wings.
