She is so cute. Love her color. Mine are like little mud balls right now with all the rain we have been getting. I gave them a bath a few weeks ago. Not sure how often I should do it and not strip their oils. Plus I will wait until it dries out a bit so they don't get all dirty again right away.
North Georgia here and every thing is a cold muddy mess. All this rain is driving me crazy. My nice clean coops are awful now and I can't keep the shavings dry. I put a inverted 4x4 plastic pallet in my bantam coop so the Silkies would have a dry place to sleep. They and the d'Uccle both look like they have been making mud pies. It's just awful.
I'm in West Central GA and so glad it's finally drying out a bit. We even see the sunshine.![]()
