Lovely chicks. I would say the first one looks porcelain and the third one blue. The one you are calling splash also looks blue.

no, the 3rd one is 100% black. the only one i did not know what colors were was the first one. thanks tho.

Has anyone ever gotten any silkies from Spring Hill Poultry Conservatory? I saw several ads for chicks and eggs on Craigslist. One ad says it's located in Sandy Hill FL and another says Spring Hill Fl. They look to be the same thing tho. It says it's dedicated to preserve heritage poultry, so I'm assuming they're good quaility.

My silkie babies look much less fluffier than everyone else's.
They're about 4 weeks old.

If I guessed right by looking at wing feathers (guessed right with the 4 Cobb's), the black one is a boy and the other 2 are girls?

When hubby gets up (works nights) I'll get individual close ups. The little buggers are too quick to handle and photograph on my own lol
