Can non bearded silkie pullets have wattles? I ask this because I have thought that my 21 1/2 week old white silkie is a pullet (my first time raising a silkie). What do you think? Pullet or rooster?

The temperature here is only 7% celcius. It is suppose to warm up by the end of the week. We might get up to 20 C.
I'll jack up the heat a little if you think it will help

If they stay huddled up on the heating pad a lot they're too cool. If they're scattered, feeding, drinking a lot you're ok. Do you have a light over them, too?
