I have a 7 week old barred rock that is lethargic. I went out this morning and she's not moving around a lot. I got her to drink some honey water and put her into a separate box incase she's sick. I've lost two other barred rocks 2 months ago and they were acting the same as this one. And died by the end of the day. I'm trying really hard to keep it alive. I have no clue what's wrong with it. Anyone have advice?

If you have a tractor supply or a feed store local go and get a broad spectrum antibiotic that you can put in the water. It might not work but what your describing sounds like an infection. Good luck.

Has she been outside lately? If so, it could be cocci. Young birds are especially prone to this. What are the other symptoms?

Apart from lethargy are there any other symptoms? Laboured breathing. Runny nose or puffy eyes. What do her poops look like. In the absence of any other symptoms I would treat for coccocidiosis , but you will need to treat asap. You can buy Corid at produce stores or online.
