Silkie thread!

Here are just a few of my hens that we dyed and took to the local school for the kids to see. I promise, it is dye that is specifically made for animals so non toxic and the hens enjoyed their warm baths and blow dry in this cold NY weather....

I know mine has wifi. I don't use it, I put the card in the laptop as well.

Is your auto focus (AF) fast or does it take 2 or 3 secs to AF before it lets you click the shot?

Very fast. Barely even notice the focusing it's so fast. It's over twice as fast as the old camera. I set it to high speed continuous on sports mode. I can easily take 20 shots in a few seconds

Well, that was my final research question. There was a good price on a T6 close to T5 pricing but T6 wasn't any smaller in size so guess I'll stick with the T5 since more accessories are included. How long was the warranty on your camera? Did it come with a warranty registration card?

I upgraded from a t2i to an 80d so it's a big jump in changes.

I'll have to go digging to see the warenty time when I get home.

I have 1 little silkie chick I named Varauchka. She is very friendly and follows me wherever I go, she's very good at modeling. I would like to get her into the show career and maybe modeling career but I'm not exactly sure how? She does have a little nerve damage on her foot. Varauchka doesn't show any signs of limping and its very hard to tell at times if her foot was even twisted. The damage doesn't look like it would affect her chicks if she has any when she's older. Would the defect be a big deduction of points?

P.S. I am new to this web sight, I didn't know how to respond to comments so I edited this.

Pretty there would be a deduction of points.

Darling baby!!

I'm looking for some good quality hatching eggs...

We had 4 beautiful blue silkies that were total fluffballs... 2 have been killed by a hawk over the last 3 months (so have some run securing this weekend to make it even more predator resistant)... Have 10 eggs that are in lock down now, but wondering if anyone has some eggs they have available to ship in the next couple weeks.

I'd like good quality (not showing but like the quality look), however dont seen to be correct colors:
I'd like a pure white, paint and splash... Grey, yellow, etc (the non standard colors) as well as the white ones.

Just figured I'd ask around on here first before looking to eBay...

I am waiting on my NPIP cert to arrive so NPIP is always a preference :D

Much appreciated for any advice, eggs or tips where to find the right ones.

That's definitely a big jump - nice. Your ability to stage appealing back/foreground is your best talent -- your old camera photo quality and new camera photo quality were not distinguishable to me because of your staging talent in photography to capture good subjects -- I bet you like the bells and whistles with that new 80d camera! I'm into beginner DSLR Canons before I invest $$$ in features I'll never use. At first I was overwhelmed by all the features of all the models but I don't need to feel professional and most Canon users kept referring me to T5 as a basic camera. Just want something that auto-focused faster than my Nikon and took several fps's. I have a point-and-shoot Nikon that has probably 80% features I never used and it doesn't perform what I really need! I envy your 24.2 mps on the 80d - the T5 has 18 mps but still better than my Nikon's 10mps! Your lovely Canon would be more than I'd ever need but warranties should be similar no matter what model. Thx for your help!
