So I received 4 silkie babies yesterday from a very reputable breeder, one they gave me as it's feet are a little messed up. I am wondering if there is anything I can do for this baby, like rehab just by foot movements, or if it will just have to be like this till it passes? The other babies are beautiful and perfect, this one I am calling Hope. 
Tell the breeder. He will probably replace it. Unless you just want a project.
That stinks. Even with that foot, it will still probably be a good mom. I read this on another thread today. Someone had a chicken with a curled up foot. they told her to tape the foot open, and just let the chick do its thang. Must don't over extend it, if its a tendon issue, then it can really hurt the chick. Help it stretch it out.
You could try helping it's toes and feet be straighter and make little "sandals" with a cardboard (we found business card thickness worked best) for the bottom and bandaid for the tops. You'll have to keep checking and try to keep straightening the toes as you go and as the chick grows.
