Silkie thread!

I have a question that has provably been asked a thousand times and answered just as many, but I couldn't seem to find it. Anyways, I was wandering how to breed a splash Silkie ? Is it something that just happens or can you plan it ? I have a partridge, 2 blues, a white, a black, and a yellow/gold baby. I would love to have a splash but can't find one around my area, (Jacksonville, Fl.).

Hi there not technically knew but never had silkies before I got two of them they’re about 11 weeks I’m thinking the white one is a rooster and the other one is a hen???

Can anyone help me with color on these two please? On the first chick all the dark feathers are broken color except the dark one in his crest. He is also a bit darker smoky champagne color than the pics show.
