How do they expand to keep from cutting off circulation in the bird's leg? How do you see them through all the feathers?
They are a particular size, larger than the leg itself, so no way to cut off circulation. But with the toes being spread out, they don't come off. I'll try to see if I have a pic, if not I'll take some this weekend & post.
