Yes, and fortunately I knew what was happening when I saw that blue/black skin and five toes!! The lady MUST have some really high quality silkies because the disposition on these beautiful babies is amazing- so sweet and docile. And their crests will be so large.

We are still pretty new to silkies and have been raising them for 2 years now. How do you keep them clean in the winter. They are in the barn in an off the ground pen, on wire with a nice size box that has clean shavings put in it a few times a week. It is a never ending battle.
