Oh, both genders will react that way. Think about what it looks like when a pair is getting together all on their own.

My wife got 2 silkies over the weekend, and absolutely loves them!

They run from me if i try to pick them up, but they just let her handle them as much as she want's! The little buggers love her 2 it's the weirdest thing i've ever seen. Needless to say she is addicted to the breed now!

Is there by chance anyone here with the Silkie association? I'm trying to get a youth membership for my Godson - went through the link, it seemed to go through, but didn't pay all the way through. Now he exists (so I can't complete a registration to pay) but isn't yet a member (because it's not paid)...the contact information on the website doesn't seem to go through to a person - I left a message but have been trying to get him signed up for several days and no solution in sight yet. There's not an email listed to send a paypal to other than through the forms - but that doesn't actually go through (even when I signed in to paypal and accepted). So he can't get on the website forums nor can he correct it by joining as THAT goes on a circular loop of click this, click that without actually signing up or paying.

I'm not in the club - the silkies are his project therefore he wants to participate.
