Silkie thread!

I just renewed my ASBC membership online just yesterday. Website seemed to work fine for me.

I got my confirmation from Paypal immediately but haven't heard back from Carina Moncrief (treasurer) yet. Her e-mail should be available on the website or Pm and I can get it to you too. Once you get that back you also need to sign up on the forum too. We have some great programs available for the juniors..... Linda Harrison used to be the head of it til recently and I believe its Tonya Plummer to contact for all the junior stuff now.

I am new to showing silkies as well and I suggest you read this thread, post pictures, ask questions! Everyone here has been very helpful with me asking questions.
Where did you purchase them? Did you get them from a breeder or a hatchery?

What do you guys think of this little girl? She is really starting to fill out nicely I think and I am really liking her!

Here middle toe feathers are finally starting to grow in better.

I got them from a trusted breeder nearby he used to show his silkies when his kids were interested and has many many other breeds of birds, so I'm sure their not mixed or anything like that. BTW love the picture of your silkies very beautiful

If you got them from a breeder that has shown, then I would say your chances are better to have breeder/show quality silkies!
