Im not sure what to do with one of my buff silkie chicks, "she" has the biggest crest and cushion, correct toes etc, almost clear coloring, and just now at almost 8 weeks, came up with a crossed beak! I clipped the top and bottom to make it easier for her to eat, but not sure if I should sell her as a pet, Im concerned about her welfare. Maybe Ill just have to have a "pet pen" Darn, my only other crossed beak is a beautiful porcelain pullet.

my silkies are hatching in 5 days time. all are fertile!
