BCPPA show this last weekend... Here are a few pics of my birds.

Big congrats to Jenny Linton who made it to champ row with a white pullet and fellow BYC member Vicky (vpeterson) for getting BV & RV in the blacks.

Thanks guys! I got the lil waterer things from Smith Poultry Supply. They have a website where you can order stuff, but they also put up huge booths at our bigger swaps and poultry shows. I think I got them in bags of 14 for like $12.

This was Jenny's pullet up on champ row:

There were ALOT of DQ's that really had us scratching our heads. We even had the judge come back through and explain a few of them. Anything where even the 4th or 5th toenail pointed forward at all, he DQ'd for being duckfooted. Even if they held their wings correctly in the show cage, if they didn't immediately snap them back into place with primaries underneath, he DQ'd them for angel wing. There was quite a few of those I didn't agree on.... it was hot and they were a lil slower, but they folded correctly. Here's a couple good examples.
