Silkie thread!

I have a question: Can a white silkie show cuckoo only in his tail and wings? I have a white silkie and he is definitely pet quality due to his comb being too red. I thought he also had some smut in his tail. The other day I picked him up and looked at his tail really close because it looked smuttier than it was and I didn't have my glasses or contacts in LOL. On close inspection, his tail actually has barring in it. It is faint but there. Then I noticed some in his harder feathers on his wings. Does this mean he is carrying cuckoo or just a fluke?

I have 2 white orpingtons that 'hide' cuckoo but they look all white but when mated to black some babies had cuckoo. So is it the same way with silkies but his is showing?...so kinda confused...

It sounds so interesting! Please post a photo or two!

Okay here's another cute pic. These silkies are clowns! I love them!! Here's my splash pullet as soon as I put her in the bath tub. She plopped down in the warm water to sun!!!

I WISH mine did this at bath time but NOT they feel the need to flap wings and gosh forbid they can touch the bottom with feet they try to jump around. They do enjoy the blow dry after though.

How about them cheeks? Darling porcelain chick hatched from Korki Havens eggs yesterday. I love the toe feathering too. If I didn't know better I'd swear it was a chipmunk with too much stuffed into it's cheeks!
